Thank you for shopping with JTX Customs! We want to get your e-moto parts to you as fast as possible. Because we partner with top brands to bring you the best gear, your order may ship from different locations.
🚚 Shipping Times
- Items shipped by JTX Customs: Orders for our in-house parts ship out the same day if placed before our daily cutoff time.
- Items shipped by our partner brands: Parts fulfilled by our trusted partner stores are processed quickly and usually ship out in under 5 days.
Please note: If you order multiple different parts, they may arrive in separate packages on different days. We will send you tracking numbers for every package so you can follow your gear right to your door.
📦 Lost or Damaged Packages
We are not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, or damaged during transit. Once the carrier has your package, it is out of our hands. However, if you run into any major issues, please reach out to us and we will do our best to help you track it down.
🔄 Refunds & Returns
Want to start a return or request a refund? Please do not ship your items back to the manufacturer. Contact us directly first so we can approve your return and give you the correct mailing address.
